Payment methods 

 A one-off payment is due at the start of the purchase. For rentals, billing is either monthly or annually, depending on the chosen plan. 

Contract terms

EasyBang monthly rental: Minimum term of 1 month, cancellable monthly thereafter. 

SmallBang monthly rental: Minimum term of 3 months, cancellable monthly thereafter. 

MediumBang monthly rental: Minimum term of 3 months, cancellable monthly thereafter. Annual rental: Minimum term of 12 months, cancellable annually thereafter. 

Software Update Service (SA)

The SA comprises various services designed to ensure the software remains up to date and fully functional. These include, amongst other things, technical support and the provision of updates, patches and service packs. When the main licence is rented, the SA is already included in the price. For purchased products, the SA is limited to a maximum term of 7 years. It expires automatically upon expiry.

Additional users and clients

In addition to the 1 user and 2 clients included, further users and clients can be added exclusively as a rental option. An active SA is essential for using rental options (additional users/clients) with a purchased version. With SmallBang, you can add 1 additional client and 2 additional users. With the MediumBang package, you can expand by 3 additional clients and 9 additional users. This also applies when purchasing the main software: additional users or clients are not included in the purchase price and must be rented separately.
